The consultation was not a helpful one at all. We were asked a lot, but never had the opportunity to ask many questions ourselves,or be able to explain our situation. The explanation and feedback received was terrible.
Mr. Hollins and his staff were incredibly helpful and patient. Making this decision wasn't easy for me, but after my consultation call, I was informed about the process and reassured that everything would be alright.
