Melanie listened to concerns about preparing our estate. She took the time to guide and direct us in what was best for our needs. She pointed out things we had not considered. We walked away with peace of mind on our final plans.
Grossly overcharged for POOR quality of work that was done at a snails pace, so they could charge a monthly maintenance fee even though there was NO monthly maintenance that needed to be performed. Also paid themselves before the documents were correct or complete, the list goes on. Shysters!!!
