terrible customer service
Their billing system is TERRIBLE and so is their customer service!! I updated my payment info on their PAYMENT site and apparently they dont get updates so when they tried to auto draft my OLD bank even though I took the right steps in updated my NEW bank info they still charged me 25 dollars and threatened to shut my water off even though I have an EXCELLENT pay history with them. it's not my fault they have an outdated system and their PAYMENT system doesnt update payment information on their end. And although it is owned by the residents and the authority is granted by a lease from the county itself, this "system" is run without transparency, oversight or accountability.
