Linda, Christina and Theo Hollerbach started our restaurant in 2001 with a goal of providing our Guests a true German restaurant. Our recipes stem from the 1980's or earlier and we are kind of stuck in that time period. We try to duplicate the great joy and satisfaction Theo felt when he was first learning the restaurant business. in 2001 we had 7 staff members and 55 seats now we employ over 70 people and have 280 seats. We look forward to providing you our Guests with
