I didn't care for my experience with this law firm. I understand they are a business and this is a numbers game and that I am just a number, but when you email me instructions about closing on a small deed I am purchasing, at least make it seem like you care. The instructions didn't explain anything and it was written in law code from a generic template. Lots of the stuff didn't pertain to me or explain anything about the process or what I need to do.
