Was told that I was not smart enough to pass grade 10 by the owner Peter. Im assuming that his daughter is the girl at the desk and will return as a customer when Peter no longer is a part of this business. He most likely inherited the business from his father and should pass it down if he wants any customers left for his daughter.
This has to be the worst customer service ever. The owner or staff, not sure which, was open HOSTILE from the moment I walked in. Extremely unhelpful and downright rude. I was trying to purchase a sheave that had broken and had a rough measurement. He scoffed at the dimensions and said nothing existed at that size. With me biting my tongue at his attitude and being very polite I asked if I could take a sheave he finally produced out to my car as the old one was was attached to the sail clew in the car trunk. Super helpful staff and they carry all the very hard to find Canadian Sailcraft parts. Peter is so knowledgeable and he always takes the time to explain to me how to use the products I buy or conduct the repairs I need to conduct.
The owner is extremely rude.
