We did not have a great experience in our 3 months with KinderCare in Holland. We were appreciative of the lack of a waiting list, and the ease of registering our child. The staff and teachers did seem to care about the children, but they were clearly overwhelmed and overextended in their jobs. We saw a number of times only 2 teachers in our kid’s class of over 10 students, our child was bitten due to lack of supervision over 5 times in 3 months. I am a teacher, so I will admit that I am selective when it comes to the care of my son. He has has been attending this Kindercare location for over 2 years now. We absolutely love it! The director/staff are incredible friendly. Communication is top notch via phone calls and their app. The teachers genuinely have cared about my son and his development. I appreciate getting regular updates all throughout the day on how he is doing. Attention to detail is top notch. Thank you!
The teachers in the Infant One room are wonderful. They took great care of my son and were excited to see him every day.
Everyone was super nice and kind to my boy. Tia the director was always involved and listened to anything and everything we needed. Mybsonnjust adored all his teachers and he was able to learn so much while he was there.
My kiddos love it there! My 5 year old is obsessed with all of the toys in the pre k room, my 3 year old is almost done potty training and learning so much from tge teachers, and my 2 year old is having a blast dancing and playing wither her friends. I've had nothing but a great experience from kindercare. I'm also a teacher there in tge toddler classrooms.
