i hired holland and holland not realizing holland jr was not the same atty as his father. he attempted to bury the case which worked at first. and to be fair he got a bail reduction but when it came time to do some actual work he refused to fight the case because he says its a 100% losing case. had to hire a different atty and case has been sucessfully resolved at 30% of his fee. i am currently seeking a refund, will see how that goes. if you need good atty seek out scott bush office in sterling. much better result
He just is in it for the money cares nothing about the individual he makes deals and charges an enormous amount of money and humiliate people in the courtroom if you cannot afford to continue to pay him terrible bad experience would not recommend this attorney for anyone I watched him humiliate someone in public yesterday horribly I believe you can get the same deals with a court appointed attorney then you can with Holland so therefore I vote him one of the worst attorneys in Kansas
