My mother has been at holland gardens for 2 years! The staff is number 1. Friendly attentive and caring ! Their number one priority is the residents well-being The residents are very open and welcoming ! My mom was made to feel comfortable from the moment she arrived! It’s home !! The facility is always clean and fresh! Meals are delicious! Lots of activities to keep you busy !! They have outings also! My mom is never bored!
Nice place. Nice residence BAD MANAGEMENT PREPARE TO Be FIRED FOR NO APPARENT REASON AT ALL Thank you for the response. But your management is terrible to say the least. Banning workers from the building for no apparent reason at all is just absurd. But when white teenagers who are literally tossing plates and almost breaking stuff up is OK . Updates: NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY SO YES THE KITCHEN MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. THE WHITE GUY CHEF IS DISGUSTING
From everyone i have talked to Holland Gardens Bradford works to provide excellent services and programs for residents. Along with working to create a world class staff culture.
I’ve been working with this team for almost a year, they have great organization and communication throughout the department to help ensure all residents feel at home. They have a great management team that not only provides service to the residence but also the staff. Making everyone’s time more enjoyable, such all of the events staff and residents can participate in. I only have good things to say about this place.
I visit on a regular basis, I'am always greeted by friendly helpful staff. The building is bright and welcoming. The residents are happy and rave about the food! 5 stars in my book:)
