I called to get my accident history due to them lying about an non preventable I had. And called spoken to 3 different people before I got to the right person. When I finally received a call back, talk to Karla Bancroft. And asked if she could email me the report. In the process I'm asking her questions and she stated "if you don't take what I give you, you won't get anything at all". I can see too many cowardly people have nothing else better to do than criticize everyone when it seems most were at fault for what they're griping about. Get some accountability people and a life. Holland has been a great company so far
