I know things are crazy right now with shipping but I desperately needed a certain shipment. It was a frustrating process because of the high volume of calls they are receiving but finally got in touch with a couple people that could help. A girl in Indianapolis who I forget her name put me in touch with Nicki at the Columbia terminal and Nicki was great.
