This is a great dental studio. They explained what procedures needed to be done in a way that I could understand, gave me my options and explained payment clearly. I bought their membership insurance which will provide 2 check ups per year, x rays, cleanings and a discount on procedures. I really liked how nice everyone was, especially Dr. Ericksen. I will be returning!
We will not be returning. My husband received and was charged for a porcelain to porcelain crown, but was not given the option of a cheaper crown. I chose the cheaper crown, paid for the more expensive crown with the understanding I would receive a refund. It was never given. It just meant they had less to "Write off". The dentist hurried too quickly for the fitting of the crown and I had to go back a second time. My jaw ached for 10 days.
Love this place! I used to go to Dr. Norm Rounds before he retired, Dr. Ericksen took over most of his patients. I'm glad he did, him and his staff are amazing.
