Great service. Ive been going to frank for the past 6 years. General maintenance while training at the gym, to siatica when i was pregnant and recently with quadratus plantea pain which he sorted within one session. His got over 30 years experience and i woukd definitely recommend him for niggles, pain and gym injuries
