I had never had hypnotherapy before so when I went in I was a little skeptical. I truly thought that there was only one area of my life I needed help with. I thought my life was perfect except for that one thing. I'm so thankful I signed up for 12 weeks. It was the best money I have ever spent. I began this process while dissatisfied with some aspects of my life and on the cusp of a big life change. Working with Todd is helping me to figure out what I want the next stage of my life to look like and how to move towards it. He's easy to talk to and I look forward to the coaching and hypnotherapy sessions. Recommended reading and videos add to the value of what I am learning. More than just hypnotherapy, this full service life coaching. Todd is wonderful at his job and will help you tackle the issues that are at your core. I went in looking for hypnotherapy to help with some fears I was having, and left as a better person understanding the root causes in those fears, and a plan to shift those thoughts and avoid the fears. The hypnotherapy is just the tip of the help provided, with the coaching providing a lasting change. I highly recommend this place, and it is a rewarding experience.
