I've been coming here for 18 years, and although I took a break and tried other places for skin treatments, nothing compares to the professionals at Realistic Spa. The difference is honestly unbelievable. No one does facials the way they do, my skin feels rejuvenated, hydrated, breathable, and refreshed before I even start seeing the results. That's how powerful their treatments are. Going elsewhere in between just made me realize how unmatched their quality truly is. I'm so glad to be back!
Decent place to get eyebrows done and the ladies are nice, but their booking experience is a mess. This is the second time I’ve had a major issue. Previously, I showed up for an appointment and the technician wasn’t even in. Today, I walked in and made an appointment, but after waiting 20 minutes, they took someone else over me. This other customer had booked online, but her technician wasn't even there; because she complained, they gave her my spot! Technician even had a smile on her face as she gave my appt away.
