Had my first back, neck and shoulder massage today so I was a little nervous. Liz was so welcoming and has a really great vibe and was great to chat to! She explained everything she did, gave me tips and exercises, and was so kind and accommodating. The therapy room was really nice and I felt super relaxed from the get go. Look forward to booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Hi, I have been seeing Liz for the past 2-3 years now. She is an amazing person very trustworthy and down to earth person. All my on going treatments have been a success, never had any issues. I appreciate what treatment she does for as I’m unable to treat or massage myself. I’ve suffered lymphoedema in my right leg for more than 25 years and I require lymphatic drainage massage.
