A real holistic remedial massage. Tamara is so knowledgeable in so many areas of healthcare, and holds this knowledge so well in her practice space. Her hands are also magical, she knew exactly where to go when I complained of stiffness or asymmetry… it was a painfully good experience & I can’t wait to have another issue & go back to her. Her space is clean & professional. Couldn’t fault it.
Tamara is a great masseuse I visited for my first pregnancy massage, it all went smooth and I felt so at ease by her welcoming professional nature. She is definitely the best masseuse I have been too and would love to make time to go again ☺️ thank you Tamara

I recently saw Tamara as I had a been given a gift voucher from a lovely friend. I was surprised at how much better I felt and obviously how much I needed the massage! Tamara is very talented and helped my aches go away. Had a really good sleep that night and felt so much better. Will be returning and recommending to others!
Tamara has magic hands. You have a discussion about the problem area's and she is straight into it. 60 mintues later you are feeling so much lighter and can move around more freely. Highly recommend.
