I have been coming to see Wendy for my stretches! She does the most amazing job ever! 10/10!!!!
I love coming here for yoga with Wendy! She makes our classes fun and I look forward to them every week! She is also great if you need to see her to get a good assisted strech, it feels amazing!
I have horrible issues with my feet. That in turn causes tightness throughout my body. I have been going to see Wendy Wood for Fascia stretching. I just love her. The energy is great. She doesn't do a cookie cutter stretching. She really takes the time and helps me with my problem areas. I highly recommend her. The stretching is gentle but helpful.
Fabulous massage! Very informative!!! Teas and vitamins.. classes offered.. can't say enough!
