Jen is simply the best and I’ve been lucky enough to be her client for several years. She has made a huge difference in my quality of life, as I struggle with chronic pain/illnesses. She is extremely well versed in several bodywork modalities and uses that along with her intuition and empathy to help bring relief to the body and mind. I would recommend her to anyone, especially those looking for a holistic approach to conditions that have previously been failed by mainstream medicine, massage, pain management, etc.
Jen always does an amazing job and her space really helps create a relaxed mindset!
