This holistic spot is honestly a gem. The energy as soon as you walk in is so calming and peaceful, it just feels good to be there. Got the pleasure to meet the owner, she is super kind, down-to-earth, and very knowledgeable. I’ve tried a few of their services and each one left me feeling better ,physically, mentally, and emotionally. I messaged Holistic in the Villages through their website and was answered the same day, was able to make an appointment for the following day for the sauna and salt therapy. I enjoyed it so so much! I felt wonderful afterwards and look foward to returning.
I went to this spa for the first time over the weekend, and it was a great experience! I did the red light, sauna, and salt room. I really liked it and cannot wait to go back. The owner was also wonderful. I explained my skin issues to her and she had me try her homemade soap that has actually helped relieve some symptoms. Thank you again!
