I used the Salt room and it helped my asthma and loosened my chest congestion. Clean and welcoming environment

Tried the infrared sauna for the first time and I really liked it! It is a 45 minute session and twenty minutes into it, I really started to sweat! It felt awesome, so I purchased the 7 session package. Can't wait to go back and spend some more ME time! Highly recommend! p.s. On the way out, I noticed a massage chair and ended up getting a 20 minute massage with oxygen therapy! One great thing after another!
