Ilene helped find the perfect saddle for my horse and me. She has continued to help us through bodywork sessions. She is professional, knowledgeable, and great with the horses! Highly recommended.
I have a 10yr old Bates CC saddle. I sent her this saddle to have the cair panels removed and replaced with whool flocking. In short, when I got my saddle back, it was clean and the flocking was even (no lumps). My horse rode in it very well. Her business ethics are also commendable. It turned out that she didn't have to do as much to get the cair panels out, so she was honest and sent me a check for the difference with the saddle. Her customer service is amazing.
