This is an incredibly peaceful oasis in Highland with highly skilled master teachers. Guided meditation with Tom brings you to a higher level of awareness. Craig’s Sound Bath sessions are amazing. Highly recommend Holistic Health and Happiness.

Tom's classes are the best. I am an older woman who has been attending the mid day recharge since September, 2023 and I feel 10 years younger. I have more energy and able to move more freely. I highly recommend going. You will not be disappointed.

I had been looking for an in-person qi gong class locally, after taking a tai chi class online a number of times and was very happy to be introduced to HHH. The energy flow class generously and skillfully facilitated by Tom is just what I needed! I look forward to trying some of their other offerings as well.
