Absolutely love this place! Tom and Craig are both incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. The Qigong classes have been such a positive experience — welcoming, grounding, and taught with genuine care. You can really feel the passion and wisdom they bring to every class. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their well-being in a supportive environment.
This is an incredibly peaceful oasis in Highland with highly skilled master teachers. Guided meditation with Tom brings you to a higher level of awareness. Craig’s Sound Bath sessions are amazing. Highly recommend Holistic Health and Happiness.

Tom's classes are the best. I am an older woman who has been attending the mid day recharge since September, 2023 and I feel 10 years younger. I have more energy and able to move more freely. I highly recommend going. You will not be disappointed.
