I would have done better going to veterinarian Annual physical. Didn't even undress 90% of visit was on laptop Listen to heart lung with shirt on. 69 males. Bloodwork. Vitamin D only No PSA. I’ve been a Patient of Dr. Corey Jacquez for a little under two years. I became a patient after my last PCP retired during Covid without any notice to patients. I began seeing him for a required physical for work and than I saw him frequently after I began to have adverse reactions to what I believed was side affects from the vaccine. At every visit Dr. Jaquez made sure I was heard and never had trouble providing me answers to any of my concerns and well I did have many. Very knowledgeable physician. His staff is friendly and helpful. Sara was helpful and stuck with it to ensure I received the email from the state after not receiving it for over a week after my appointment. I will be returning next year!
Unresponsive staff - asked for an appointment - was told 3 months out - i fired him on the spot!
