I have had 4 blissful appointments in the Halotherapy booth so far & I love going to Holistic Harmony for these. Richelle, Clare, & Deb have been very friendly. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, welcoming, & peaceful. And the halotherapy is already helping me with allergies, throat (mucus) issues, & some hormone-related rosacea, so I am very pleased. The booth itself is very relaxing and I love the feel of the salt on my skin (I always ask for the highest concentration), & how breathing feels while in there.
The entire team here and their services are amazing! From the salt booth to massage and hydrocolon therapy (which was much more comfortable than inimagined). Highly recommend
I expected a feel-good massage. I received that and so much more … insight, kindness, and personal application on how to keep my body relaxed. Looking forward to my next appointment with Lydia!
