From the moment Richard opened the door, he made me feel very welcome. The massage room was warm and cosy and comfortable. Richard was really professional in his manner. Asking first what type of massage I was wanting and because I wasn't sure, I asked if he could combine a few if not all of them. He then asked about any pain and I told him where my pain was.
