Received a sports massage the other day from Lauren & can’t praise her enough .. The session was brought on due to tightness in my shoulders & back region.. which was sport & work related . Lauren targeted those areas & after the session even though their was expected soreness due to a much overdue massage the extra flexibility I’ve got is tremendous & a benefit to my golf ⛳️ game.
I had a lomi lomi massage with Lauren and it was amazing. I had some tension at the beginning as it was my first time receiving this type of massage but I was able to relax as soon as we started. Lauren is a fantastic therapist and highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.
