I have had several sessions with Aileena at Holistic Bless over the last 10 months. I have found her to be a very calming and supportive therapist. I came to her with my pervasive anxiety which at times has left me transfixed to the point of being unable to leave my home. I had my first hypnotherapy session with holistic bliss. I came here because I suffer from anxiety and after my first session I felt calm and relaxed and at peace with my life.
