I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! I came in with ongoing back issues while training for an Ironman triathlon, and both Holly and Jerry's myotherapy treatments have made a huge difference. Not only has my movement and flexibility improved, but I’ve also been able to train pain-free and with much more confidence. They really know their stuff, take the time to understand your goals, and provide practical advice alongside the treatment. Fantastic service and results — I’ll definitely be continuing my sessions here!

I came to Holly Xu with several painful issues - the result of years of bad posture and an exercise regime that exacerbated those issues that I had. She is a skilled and knowledgeable therapist with a very caring and calming nature. Each massage session helped to ease my pain and the alternate exercises she suggested have also helped enormously. I’ve been seeing Holly over the past 6 weeks for my back pain and overall muscle tension in my body, and I can’t express how much of an impact her treatments have already made on me.
