I was charged $300 for treating Lymes disease. I felt bad for him when I first saw him as he himself had a shuffling gait, and seemed quite old to still be practicing. He gave me multiple copies of the same paper to fill out, I handed him back the duplicates. He laid out multiple copies of others and never gave them to me. He is in a home office and barely has room to move around to insert his needles.
