I am a regular customer that goes here for cigars, wine and alcohol. I bought two cigars Saturday night along with alcohol. I dropped a cigar on the way into my car and realized it within 5 minutes. Returned to find the cigar had been run over. I returned inside to see if it would be possible to return it. Employees said their boss does not allow exhanges. Well damn.. I will spend my money at Specs and Feldmans from now on.
