Astonishingly poor customer service by a Jonathan Rivera from Holiday Wine Cellar. Purchased 15 bottles of which one was replaced by a can instead. Shot them an email about the mistake and two options were given. 1) To send back the can and get a full refund. 2) Keep the wrong can at 20% off. Explained that I am unable to send the can back as it has been shipped across the globe to where I live. FInd unique wine and beer products! Holiday Wine Cellar has a fabulous selection of unique wines and beers with very helpful staff and tastings as well. The staff is very knowledgeable about their stock and will help you find what you need. The wine cellar below has something special for everyone's taste! This is a must visit!
They Have Everything! – This place has everything your little alchy inside desires! And even if you only want to enjoy a taste, the Holiday Wine Cellar has $5 tastings everyday on their SELF-DISPENSING ENOMATIC MACHINE--apparently they were the first to have one in San Diego--which dispenses 16 different bottles of all sorts of tasty options, in the only 'real' wine cellar in North County.
