Horrible customer service, rude older bald guy just ignored me and didn’t want to hand me door dash order..the other workers decided to help ppl behind me first when he could’ve just handed me the order and I’m gone…then when he finally tried to help me like the bald guy didn’t tell him what I needed he wanted to see my phone like I was lying about order or I’m going to try to steal 2 small drink order. This Holiday gas station is the worst gas station I've ever been to. When there is guys waiting to use the bathroom when you cleaning. And need to use the bathroom immediately. You leave the bathroom and let the customers use it. Especially when you are a female. You don't stay in there and keep cleaning when males are using the bathroom. You definitely don't make remarks like I just cleaned that. Common sense and maybe even a law say you the female cleaning the bathroom leaves until it is clear to continue. Horrible gas station! Paul who rang me up is definitely lacking ppl skills to say the least , I mean I get it ! It's not easy dealing with the public all the time , but this guy was wanting to be anywhere else other than here !! Not a dream job for him im sure , but he always has the option of working in a factory or something that doesn't require ppl skills. I didn't give him a bad day, so don't take it out on me sir! It doesn't cost anything to be a nice person ..you should try it Paul !
Sandwich gave me food poisoning today. Partially my fault for trusting holiday to maintain their “fresh” sandwiches properly, but hopefully this serves as a warning sign for others
