My experience with Circle K corporate and Holiday gas station on 8401 Lyndale Ave S, store #73 in Bloomington, Minnesota, that is managed by Katie who refused to cooperate, assist or apologize for the misfortune, but instead be defensive and attitudinal, after an incident took place at her store. November 2020 I purchased a car wash at Holiday store #73 in Bloomington. The attendant was there to guide me into the track and make sure I had it in neutral before beginning the wash. I will drive to Holiday even if KwikTrip is closer. The employees are the friendliest with the example set by Joan. (I’m sure of that is correct. The awesome manager). And Mike is polite professional, always hard working. Clean sanitary restrooms every time. Selection of merchandise and food is great. Bananas are from a different Country compared to KwikTrip. Hi,just went there today, met a clerk named Sherry that works at the hwy 63 one next to coops pizza. Our conversation went like this today,I asked do you accept debt? N she said what n made me repeat it real loud for everyone to hear n she goes oh yes. So I said cool I will get some cold sandwiches then for my son. I'm not sure how people can work at a brand new, bright, beautiful store and still be so unfriendly. It's such a nice location, great hours and really competitive. But it's not because the manager (that's what the cashier called her) is a Customer driven person. Her employees follow her lead. There was a time when 7 people were in line. One on the register working & 2 outside smoking. When one came off break, the one working became frustrated because nobody came to help and customers were getting agitated. I have never been so disappointed with a gas station. The car wash is never open due to being broke down all the time. I went there today and guess what it’s closed. The door is broke she said. I had the unlimited plan but due to being closed all time time it is not worth it. I like the car wash for the fact it is touchless. I would just stay away from this carwash. They don’t even seem to care. Thanks Holiday!
