It takes a lot to stand out as a bad gas station, but this one consistently does it. The equipment is never working correctly, gas pumps(insanely slow IF they work at all), card readers(theres like a 10% chance your card will work for some reason), or air pumps(constantly broken, plus has no pressure guage). If you like being frustrated when you have a basic gas station need, come here. Otherwise, you should probably go across the street to the Luck Station, it's better in every way.
Stopped here on the way home right before midnight 9/26/24. The store clerk was standing insde the back door smoking a cigarette with the door wide open. This is a gas station that has the slowest gas pumps in the state. The people are great the selection of food and snacks is great but it's a gas station. I had half a tank of gas when I stopped here and I have been sitting here waiting for what feels like a lifetime for 6 gallons of gas.
The store had what I was looking for, but amazingly, the price jumped 60 cents from the shelf to the checkout counter. I had $3 in my pocket for a 1/2 or less size deodorant. This was not included in the Duluth area tax. I pointed this out to the cashier, and now she was hostile. She went to the shelf and seemed mad she got caught selling stuff, not the same price. The great thing is no receipt, so there no proof. Not shopping here again.
I’ve stopped here numerous times and just lately looked at my purchase total. Didn’t make sense. They are charging more than the price listed for items and when asked they didn’t seem to want to resolve/figure out a solution. Disappointed to say the least
