Customer service here is like walking up to a garbage dumpster then asking why it smells bad. God forbid I ask about the return policy on a quality concern. The he-or-she cashier said "within a few hours" and asked if I have the receipt. I asked for their manager and suddenly they were offended. Manager pretended to be quite oblivious to the fact that with a quality concern, the product must actually be opened first to find out. She also didn't care to know what the product was. I find that deeply concerning.
The store is generally clean, and the cashiers are usually very friendly. However, there is one cashier, an older lady who typically works in the mornings, who has been quite rude to several customers, including myself, while they are waiting in line. Despite this, the other cashiers are excellent.
