We frequently gas up here because it’s close to home but today I decided to go in and buy some lottery tickets. I asked the clerk for the $36 jackpot bundle, it’s available everywhere they sell lotto tickets and the clerk told me he didn’t know how to do that! Unbelievable! Untrained staff for a simple transaction. We won’t be back for gas or otherwise ever again.
I want to recognize the cashier who helped me when my car battery died at this gas station. I was in a stressful situation, and they went above and beyond by helping me jump my car. Their willingness to step outside and assist made a huge difference in my day. It’s rare to see that level of customer service and kindness. I truly appreciate their professionalism, positive attitude, and readiness to help. Please make sure they receive the recognition they deserve.
