There is an employee that seems to work mostly evenings at the Russell Street location and I wish I knew his name. Terrible person. Always rude. Never smiles. I never want to visit the store when hes working. He very monotone. Controlling. Even when you smile at him and wish he good day he acts like you are the bane of his existence. Overnight dude over charged us 3 bucks. I paid cash I asked for a refund immediately. He wouldn't do it. I said I used to work there abd knew how. Still wouldn't do it abx offered to five me cash out of hs wallet $2 . No that is unprofessional. A couple weeks ago an item was scanned twice during the day by a different cashier and she wasn't happy once again blaming technology but dud the refund.
