Your newest complaint reveiw was left by no other than my downstairs neighbor in a housing complex , who they actually kicked me out of her apartment so she could have a ground floor level apartment with a yard and exterior entrance and be far away from the 3rd floor and it's roof. To whom it may concern: I have never seen this store so dirty before the coffee area had coffee Spell On the counters, all 4 of the liquid Creamer was totally empty. Had empty cups all over-the-counter. The floor was so sticky. When you walk you stick to the floor I asked the gentleman which was standing behind the counter with no customer i told him that he was out of liquid creamers .He told me he'll get to it when he can. Ive been going here every morning at 4am on my way to work for over 7 years but unfortunately I will not be returning. The older night shift gentleman with longer hair closes the store constantly at night lately. Ive been late to work twice, and the last 2 times I had to rush to your reserve street location but im really disappointed i have to change my routine ive had for years. I could understand if he needed a break you guys could have a set block each night your regular customers know you're closed for or if he had to us... read more
