I go to the Deer river one almost every day they haven't had the energy drinks that I buy now for 2 days. I'm going to start going to another gas station in Grand Rapids and it won't be a holiday. If they know what people buy especially there daily customers.they should make sure they have it in stock.
Clean, customer service was excellent made sure they greeted you and made sure you didn't forget anything.
This is a nice gas station, all though the coke slushy machine is out of order a lot, and the workers are not that happy. Their workers also keep coming and going fairly quickly.
AGGRESSIVE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSISTENTLY. I was verbally told I was being video recorded and taken photos of, then threatened- "you better watch yourself when (she) I ain't at work in public." This new employee had gotten flustered with our transaction and instead of asking the supervisor for assistance, she backed away from the till until he just stepped in to help answer my questions.
