Underfilled my propane tank. First attempt to fill, guy filling thought it was light and said he was having trouble with the scale and he filled it again on his own. After that attempt to fill, he handed it to me and it felt light and sloshed much more than a full tank when I shook it. He offered to fill again "to be safe" and did so. I got home and weighed it, turns out I only got 17lbs in my 20lb tank...
