The female manager here is straight up RUDE. Acts upset when seeing customers. Told her to have a nice day to try to be nice, she rolled her eyes.
Currently on a trip heading cross country. Stopped at this location at 10 P.M to get gas and entered the store to the sound of loud rap music playing, which really wasn't The issue, the problem was I tried to scan my card for gas add a card reader that I was directed to but it was malfunctioning and on wouldn't read my card. The attendant told me that it was just a "bad reader" and that I should scan my card several more times until it takes it i scanned my card by that point about several times. This place has gone downhill to match the small station further south. The soda cans and ice cream containers are sticky. Frozen food is expired. Hot food selection is slim. Card readers don’t accept Apple pay. Lakeland deserves better.
