I am an Alaska resident! I have a new cabin without water and EVERY gas station in Kenai graciously allows me to get water for my cabin even from INSIDE their store in their backrooms! One day 7/2826 I saw a couple people in a pickup truck filling 5 gallon water bottles in the back of their truck with a hose on the Exterior of this store so the next day I went in and asked if I could fill up some water bottles and the young man said NO that it was for tourists and RV's only!
