This particular store has gone very downhill. Trash outside is often full, floors are dirty inside, and staff are often on their phones not doing much. I do frequent this store as its very close to my home, but please take better care of it.

I come to this holiday almost every morning. I love the staff. They’re just great.
This Holiday has gone down hill after the last manager Andy left. Soda machine and coffee area is usually a mess and not freshly stocked in the morning. This is the only Holiday I have been to that is constantly out of Diet Coke in the machine. When I worked at the Holiday in Prior Lake I made sure that area was clean and properly stocked. Especially after the morning rush. Heck even when I was doing the morning paperwork. Also when did they change the policy of putting condiments on the hot bar food.
