Bad energy here. Way off. everyone here grumpy and on edge every day.. They have a “hiring cheerful people “ sign outside lol Bad reviews about employees going back over a year. Two rude employees mainly. I think some corporate intervention is needed here. Idk if holiday is seeing the consistent negative reviews going way back. I think some higher up beyond district manager need to intervene. It’s pretty bad
Imagine driving a brand new truck with only 1,000 miles on it through the car wash, only to have the car wash damage the truck, putting a dent in the roof... Of course the manager refuses to take responsibility, and they won't do anything to help!
Staff are not nice at location and they dont care that others go past you in line were i believe there skimming peoples cards at location,wife had her card skimmed lucky we caught onto what they were doing.
I was here with my friends to buy scratches and this old lady with bland hair she asked for my id I handed to her and then she was asking for my friends id even they were not buying the scratches she was very rude and refused to sell me the scratches
