Wanda has been rude to me and my family multiple times that we’ve come in, I’ve never addressed it thinking maybe she’s been having a bad day, but there gets to be a point where it’s every time i go in. Other people are nice, but she makes the whole atmosphere feel down.
Bad energy here. Way off. everyone here grumpy and on edge every day.. They have a “hiring cheerful people “ sign outside lol Bad reviews about employees going back over a year. Two rude employees mainly. I think some corporate intervention is needed here. Idk if holiday is seeing the consistent negative reviews going way back. I think some higher up beyond district manager need to intervene. It’s pretty bad
