The store itself is always nice, clean, and well-kept, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience this morning at checkout was disappointing. When I went to purchase a few Monster Energy drinks, the employee working the register was watching videos on her phone with the volume on, loud enough for customers to hear throughout the checkout area. I frequent Holiday mostly Monday through Friday, and I've loved the staff for quite some time.
