Bought a wash as I filled gas, when I drove up, the wash was broken. I understand, life happens, but the cashier said that she couldn't refund me, she also said the code would work at any other Holiday wash. I drove to the next nearest one and the code didn't work. Poor service and inability to fix mistakes, avoid.
pulled into this holiday with my car saying I had 1 mile till empty... was in a hurry so I only put $10 in... well that somehow only got my up to 13 miles till empty. I know gas prices are crazy right now but this simply did not make sense, so i drove down the road to a speedway as it was the next nearest place for gas. same price for gas, so I put in another $10 just to make sure I wasnt crazy and sure thing it brought my miles till empty up to 55 like it should have done the first time...? so how do you explain this? becau... read more
Employees generally are very nice but the store is ALWAYS FILTHY. Half empty cups and trash throughout the store, one of the machines is always leaking so the floor is always sticky wet. Who manages this place?
Went in on sunday morning 8-23-26. The lady at the counter was more interested in her phone then helping me out. I had to repeat myself multiple times on which pump and how much I wanted on that pump.
