Today after spending over five minutes to figure out why my card was stuck in the machine I intercom the lady to ask if I could get some assistance. She then said we’ve been having issues with that pump you have to come in and prepaid. So then I kindly asked her. Friendly employees, (especially night people) and very clean. The fountain machine is always clean and has the best tasting Pepsi from a fountain machine around.
Um i wasn't going to say anything but the last few times I've been here , the workers were really unpleasant. First you have some lady who works there that has a black shirt on which i assume would mean shes a manager since it doesn't match the red shirt the kid had on. She wears glasses , kind of big . Didn't catch her name but she is one rude person who shouldn't work in customer service. The way she talks to customers isn't somebody you should have working here. Management needs to get their act together. I go there for the sole reason of the XL foam fountain drinks - specifically diet Mountain Dew. About twice per week they’re out of the diet dew or xl cups or straws or lids. The same ketchup stain is on the trash cabinet from months ago. The floors are almost always dirty. Much worse than other locations. And when I ask the cashier how they are, I don’t care to hear how early it is, how tired they are, or what a bad day they’re having. Get it together!!!
The staff is fantastic! I love the manager here. The store is always clean and you can get through the lines fast! This is one of my kids favorite places to stop.
