For at least a month they've had a sign out front that says try our new cold brew coffee. I've gone in there four separate times over the last month and every time they're black nitro spits out just water. Twice I was told. Okay we'll fix it, the third time I specifically asked if it just didn't work and I was told no. Somebody just probably needs to clean the machine. The fourth time I was told we can't help when we get product in and asked why they didn't just put a sign up that it was out.

Yes i was in this afternoon, and this little guy with curly hair hanging in his eyes totally made fun of me because i asked for a refund because the "smart water" which was posted 2 for 4.50$ charged the 3.19x 2....little jerk told me to take it up with my bank? "its not in our system" !!! ??? Im like ??? Really? I said "whatever' he said back" whatever" snotty punk!!! Ive been spending $$$$$$$ in this store x 20+ years!!! Whatever!!!! I love the wayzata location! The employees there are all so great, and they help me so much, which is great, because I am disabled but have a couple of addictions that I cant get over, including fountain diet coke on crushed ice. Anything in a can or bottle makes me nauseous, due to nerve damage in my stomach area from over 40 years of being diabetic. I wa a nt very compliant with taking injections as a teen (diagnosed at age 14). They'll get me just about anything I ask for when one person has time. I actually love a couple... read more
