The young man named Michael is literally the only kind and competent employee at this store. Every time I come in here he's running around doing EVERYTHING, and still maintaining a positive attitude and great service, while ALL of the other employees stand around and do nothing, treat customers like crap, and gossip about each other. I feel awful that this young man has to try to maintain professionalism and standards while surrounded by lazy, rude, incompetent jerks.
