Daphne was so knowledgeable and helpful showing us around this welcoming place! She was very responsive as well. Highly recommend!
I work in healthcare and I’m in lots of communities every week and this place is so inviting and fun. The residents are happy and thriving. Daphne the sales director goes above and beyond for her current residents and future residents. Michael has done an amazing job creating a new vision and the hospitality really shows. First off, this is NOT an assisted living facility!! It is strictly INDEPENDENT! Living!! Please stop advertising it incorrectly!! It is a great place to live with wonderful food, lots of activities and a warm group of residents. But it is not the place for those needing a lot of assistance or continual monitoring and care!! In retrospect, I appreciate the fact that our facility is now more accurately being shown as a retirement community rather than an assisted living facility. Smoky Springs is the place to be! By far the BEST dining experience I’ve had in any other community. Multiple course meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner 7 days a week. The apartments are absolutely pristine from the new remodel.. unlike other places in Gainesville, everything is included in the rate… so we my grandmother wasn’t blind sided each month for gym use, extra meals, activities, transportation, laundromat use, etc… I am so thankful we found Smoky Springs for my grandmother.
