They're not allowed to give you their phone number?? Your forced to call an answering service, that then transfers you to the store, only to hear, they're not answering their phone. Asked again for the phone number, they cannot give that information?? If that's not the epitome of horrible customer service, what is? I will not ever visit Holiday Oil again, with that type of crappy corporate policy to avoid helping customers
Went in to get a Frazil and was told no sampling??? Yall have multiple flavors and most are trash. Are you losing that much money on Frazil samples?

Probably the absolute worst Holiday in the state of Utah. Maybe the country. Its on the Eastside so they think its okay to charge more for fuel, and all merchandise in the store. On top of that there's such a small amount of merchandise to choose from. With so little options to choose I dont see why they need to have 4-5 workers at any given time.
